Giannina Kessler

Giannina graduated from Arapahoe Community College with an Associated Degree of Applied Science in Paralegal studies in 2013. Giannina came to the United States from Peru. As an immigrant herself, she understand the difficulties and challenges an immigrant could face and the impact on the family. She is in support of an immigration reform that will benefit millions of immigrants and their families that live here in fear and anguish of an uncertain future. Giannina is eager to learn, serve, and help the outgrowing immigrant population that contributes to this country’s growth

Giannina’s paralegal experience includes a variety of cases such as family-base petitions, U visas, VAWA, and deportation. She also has been a volunteer for CASA Organization in Jefferson County, where she helped children who were abused and neglected.

Giannina is outgoing and loves to spend time with her family. She has two children who play soccer; she enjoys traveling and getting to know new cultures and people.
